There is nothing worse than when the glimmer fades, the polish tarnishes, and the awe disappears. It is these moments that are never forgotten and the times of happiness and greatness become foggy relics. Dramatic, I know. But that is how I felt about one of our favorites, Iberia Tavern and Restaurant in Newark. It was a restaurant we went to for celebrations, and spur of the moment "luxury," but all that has dimmed.
