This weekend celebrating Appetite, presented by the Count Basie Theatre, also allowed us to explore the culinary canvas of Red Bank, New Jersey. After a local (or two) recommended trying out Basil T’s, owned by local food favorite, Victor Rallo of Eat! Drink! Italy!, we gave it a go.
