photo op: TASTE of HOPE for American Cancer Society

Last Thursday night, The American Cancer Society celebrated its 9th Annual Taste of Hope event. Chef Elizabeth Falkner was the evening’s honoree for her dedication to the fight against cancer. Emcee Chris Wragge of CBS 2 News, and the culinary chair and last year’s honoree, Marc Murphy introduced her. And a giant birthday cake provided by Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro, was cut to celebrate the many birthdays of those who’s lives have been prolonged by the organization’s efforts.
The night included a wide variety of savories and sweets, bumping music, and a vibrant crowd. The tasting event included restaurants from New York City, as well as other food capitals of the country. See more of the details in my recap published on Miss A.
